Tracy Johnson

With over 25 years of experience working with the Department of Transportation in materials and testing, Tracy brings a strong technical background to Triangle Concrete Solutions. After a career in IT and infrastructure, she made the move into the service industry with a focus on quality work and taking care of customers.
She’s been part of the Raleigh community since 1984, when her father, a career Army officer, chose the area as home. Since then, she’s raised her own family here and built strong local ties. Her goal for TCS is simple: treat people right, do honest work, and build a business that makes a positive impact in the community.
Steven Johnson
Foreman
Having spent a decade in our industry, Steven is one of the most experienced polyurethane foam operators in the country. Throughout his career, Steven has lifted thousands of concrete slabs, hundreds of building structures, completed dozens of DOT and Railway projects, and dozens of Seawall & Bulk Head repairs — all using polyurethane foam. His expertise has carried him all over the eastern seaboard and spans multiple product lines and vendors. If there’s work to be done with concrete lifting or soil stabilization, Steven is the man with the plan!
Chris Varon
operations manager
Chris comes to TCS from the beverage distributing industry (so if you need advice on up and coming drinks or the best whiskey, he’s your guy!). Chris has filled multiple roles at TCS as an all-around utility player and finds success in each role due to his genuine care for people. An optimist at heart, Chris sets the daily example for our team when it comes to one of our core tenets: taking care of ALL people.
